I know from /r/swimming that laps will stoke an appetite, but I wasn't prepared to get THE HUNGER OF A THOUSAND ZOMBIES from trivial amounts of back-and-forth. I've started eating three meals a day and gained five pounds (2 kg) since Saturday morning.
