http://www.briefing-usa.com/red/products/shoulder/17/index.html worth checking them out. Only linked that one specifically because it seems similar in size to the lexdray. Also look at mainline porter stuff. they'll ship internationally from their JP site so you don't have to proxy.
Turns out when you're awake for 30+ hours your body almost forgets that you didn't sleep and you stop being tired. Felt like dying at the 18-20 hour mark, but that went away as time went on.
was initially surprised to hear you say that you found hideout lame given how many brands I like they carry, but your aesthetic really doesn't match the shop's so it does make sense. Is albam like the uk version of the Norse/APC/W+H/OL brand that makes nice but kinda uninteresting stuff at a mid ran...
I always wondered who was the first guy to start that. Obviously it was a mob mentality thing once it got going, but who was the very first dude to smash a car window or light something on fire or whatever.
Think it was premeditated but wouldn't have been until we made the finals.
Canucks start their preseason tomorrow. Trying to get excited about Tortotella and what not but I think I'm too jaded/perpetually skeptical for that to happen
See dudes on the bus wearing them occasionally and while I don't really mind the shirt, the rest of their outfit usually reminds me why I wouldn't wear one.
That's nothing though man. Like it's not a small amount of money in itself, but you can so easily spend 1000s on furniture without even trying once you get into mid-higher end stuff.
I agree that everything they make out of particle board is a joke though.
Can't find a picture of this for some reason but I love hoods on ski jackets that have the clear windows on the sides so they don't block your peripheral vision. Very good feature, surprised more fashion oriented tech brands haven't adopted it.
Neither are they, though. Going back to what I was talking about with regards to the vans collaboration, what I'm saying is I'd rather them make something interesting/well constructed than just dilute themselves with cheap branded things.
Vietnam inspired steetwear is like 60% of what they do, the other 40 is more trad/ivy stuff. Really have to go handle it to get the appeal, it looks too expensive for what it is until you get to see all the little details and just how nice everything is. Outerwear/shackets are their strong point. As...
Really feeling the hoodie dress. Not sure about the mesh, think if it was done with finer perforations like that needles bush parka tbs had this summer it would be cool, but there's something about it as is that I don't enjoy.
I'll still buy stuff from haven because it's convenient to get to try it on and handle it and I like the guys there and it would be a shame not to have a store like that here. But yeah, when it's a really big item and you'll save a couple hundred by proxying it's hard not to. You don't save any mone...
Too easy to get, too cheap, too many pairs. Aside from my ignorance of new york shopping there's just 5 retailers for all of north america (and 3 of those are Haven), and they basically gave a full size run of all the colourways to every vans vault account across america. Think its pretty much openl...
Vans collab was a depressing example of letting the brand get diluted and as much as I wanted a pair initially in retrospect I'm very happy I stayed away
