what should I look into for sweaters with low itch-factor? Or they're all about the same (given a certain point) and I should probably just wear a long sleeve underneath?

Now graduated, unemployed, and $20k in debt.
Haven't bought much except for more socks and underwear from qlo to avoid laundry.
