Re: Desire Is Suffering

it's worth it (if you [your parents] can afford it) to enjoy yourself and spend a little money for stupid shit like alcohol and junk food in college, get as much out of it as you can.

on the other hand, its very easy to say "just after i buy x and y, i will not buy anything else"

When it happens i...

Re: ramdom thoughts

Greek life system in american colleges seems pretty fun (even though frats/sororities do seem to get a lot of stick). My friend in the US seems to be having the best time with his fraternity. Would be cool if they had it in the UK. Grass is always greener though i suppose. i went to an east coast s...

Re: Lift things up and put them down.

i switched to 5/3/1 recently, using the template for boring but big

my questions are:
what weight do i use for dumbbell rows?
what are hanging leg raises? is that knees up or feet up?
in general what weights do i use for the supplements?
did i miss some paragraph about the supplements?

thank you

Re: Lift things up and put them down.

I was asking about the accessory exercises after the 5x10. So you do the 5/3/1, then supplement with 5x10 at a lower eight of the same exercise (bench, press, etc). Then you do 5x10 of another exercise and the 4 are dumbbell row, leg raises, chin-ups and leg curls. It doesn't say what weight to do. ...
