I had high hopes for Destiny, until I found out it isn't coming to PC By the way, is there any group for caretaggers who play co-op games? Torchlight, Terraria, Risk of Rain, Monaco, etc.
Noticed the couple in the background juxtaposing each other when watching the video for the Yohji show. My eye kept getting drawn to them the rest of the show. Dudes hair is awesome though. Hair + stache = Albert Einstein in Fashion
After sitting around tonight, I've realized that this is one of my favorite shows ever. There's something about the whole thing (and Jun's runway shows in general) that I really enjoy. To make sure you don't miss out on it, I've compiled as much as I can about the show so you too can experience it! ...
I'm definitely not an expert, so if someone else would like to chime in it'd be great to hear. Anyway: Well mixing designers is not a bad thing obviously, but having an idea of who you're mixing is a good thing which is why I'd rather learn about the designers than place them in some catagory. For e...
To tac onto schiaparelli's response: as another one of those STEM people, I think that fashion and other creative fields offer a nice balance for me to break up that view of categorizing things and give me a much needed change of pace. When I started having an interest in how I dressed and fashion, ...
Most of my friends aren't into fashion at all, but I was chatting with them today and one of them mentioned that NYFW had just happened and posted one of those 'top 5 hottest looks'. One of thom's looks made it in and I instantly commented about how cool I thought his collection was. They agreed to ...
Got this jacket from Ques. Weathers in the 90s still, but we had a freak day in the 60s, so I got to wear it out! Back to the 90s tomorrow though.. Our Legacy/Uniqlo/LMC/Stans
Yo, I'm Ben. I'm a 20yo going to school for biochem but I also love to ride bikes and think about fashion. Pretty excited to join a chill place where i can talk about fashion and other cool things. Plus, there is that picture of Raf, and I'm definitely #teamraf.
I think there are a lot of design students who aren't out to found their own label. There was recently an article on MFA about how fast-fashion and how children of these families go to design school to help their parents business. http://www.psmag.com/navigation/business-economics/secret-world-slow-...
Are they hydraulic disk breaks? If so, you can put a flat screwdriver or putty knife in between them and push the pads back apart or use a spreader tool which you can pick up from a bike shop easily.
I've been sitting around thinking how cool it'd be if there was a brand that focused on exploring clothing throughout the world and throughout history. Basically, each season would move throughout a country/region exploring one point of its history in the f/w and another point of history in s/s. An ...
I recently came across this designer. I really like the patterns in the clothes, silhouette, and the fact that it feels covered in history (Byzantine Empire, Middle East, some Chinese references). Opinions? http://i.imgur.com/xPGQD74l.jpg http://i.imgur.com/0rhFHtil.jpg http://i.imgur.com/XWQN8Z2l.j...
That looks super fun! I loved climbing mountains! Its currently 104 outside, so I'm jealous of anyone who's got the ability to go out and ride at any time other than the crack of dawn
The silhouette really reminds me of stuff Raf has been doing at Christian Dior couture shows. If I had to guess a season I'd say Spring 2013, but I really don't have an idea.
I currently live in a house with three other cyclists and its tons of fun since you'll always have a ride buddy if you want. Plus there is tons of bike porn coming through the house all the time. (One guy has a custom alchemy with the new red and HED stingers  ) Here are two of mine: http://i.i...
Not sure if this blog is common knowledge, but I find The Cutting Class to be an extremely informative blog about design on the runway. This article http://thecuttingclass.com/post/91258820188/structural-waist-shaping-at-dior-couture really helps me understand, learn, and appreciate many details tha...
