In other news, Death From Above 1979 are releasing a new album (!!!!!) in September! Very, very, very excited.

I'm not worried about mobile data, and I do have a SIM slot. So there shouldn't be any problems just buying a local sim card for voice/text emergencies? In the settings I'm able to set "Preferred Network Mode" to "Global".

Does anybody have a good resource for finding out how the hell phones work in Europe? I have a Verizon Galaxy S3.
