So many people in my city now wearing poorly made joggers with regularly cut cheap t-shirts that are 2 sizes too big for them.

Anyone here short (under 5'9) and have RO drop crotch sweatpants? I'm looking at a pair but am concerned by the length, could hem them a bit but too much and then the crotch is way too low and it might look funny..
