If that's pre-stretch I'd say you're probably alright. As of now I think you're wearing them a tad high which is why the crotch probably feels too tight. If you want a baggier fit then yeah you're probably better off sizing up; the thighs won't stretch that much.

yeah that's doable, you can probably gain about .5kg a week pretty healthy. Make sure to figure out your TDEE and account for calorie burning during martial arts, then eat about 500 calories over it.
