How does VAT work when it comes to an EU-based corporate eBay seller (i.e. not an individual)?

Is there any legal obligation to deduct VAT from non-EU purchasers or is it just an incentive thing? Can't remember where I read it but I recall someone having trouble with getting VAT deducted from an EU -> non-EU order and I wasn't sure what the standard is.

Summer is here (kinda) and i need some sunglasses, can i get some recommendations for around £100? I don't know anything about sizing or how glasses should sit on your face.

glasses sizing comes in 3 numbers and it'll look kinda like 53-18-135

the first number is the size of the lens itself, the second is the length of the bridge, and the third is the length of the arm or temple. i'd say to try on some glasses to find out what your ideal size is and then find a style that suits your face. i have a rounder face so rounder lenses look awkward on me

Why don't European (or even Japanese really) designers make odd sized pants? I'm pretty solidly at a size 31 waist, which makes 46 too tight and 48 too loose on me (it stays on, I just have to adjust every so often, and it makes the other measurements seem a bit big on me otherwise too).

I mean I could lose some weight and drop down, but it's just a bit annoying nobody makes size 31.

Where can I get black leather espadrilles? Lika Mimika looks possibly OK (don't know if they do all black) but it seems unisex at best and a bit over my budget (since it's 120 eur). I don't want to spend more than 100 usd or so I think. Espadrillestore had/has black ones in their European store but they don't mention quality and it's not available in the USA store for some reason.

They're nothing special. Buy them if you like the print (why not) or if you want to collect them from the seasons or whatever. Don't buy them because they're cheap and have the brand-name.

jp streetwear has no retail presence in NYC. I recommend dsm, oc, chcm, vfiles. some greatest soho hits: jil sander, prada, nsw, acne, slp, IF soho for yohji/soloist/ann/viridi anne etc. nepenthes in garment district is a gem, but there's shit else to do in that part of town.
