fuck man I know that skirt would be the stupidest purchase I've ever made but I'm in lust, waist is ~29" which would be a perfect fit. Something about cargo pockets on a skirt/kilt. How does one wear a utility kilt? Work boots, baggy white tee? Light pants under in some kind of stretchy material or roomy enough for a wide range of motion? What do you do for top layering? Hats??
