Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's Vivenne Westwood

"Punk and the Pistols" by Paul Tickell (and based on Jon Savage's comprehensive "England's Dreaming") is a good general introduction. Although it is not specifically about Vivenne Westwood, the documentary provides a look at the environment in which she and her partner, Malcolm McLaren, first started out and their involvement with the Sex Pistols and the British punk scene. It has interviews with all the major players, Siouxsie Sioux, John Lydon, McLaren, Westwood and some people from the New York Dolls. A pretty good watch in my honest opinion.
