trying to find retailers for Engineered Garments that sell size XS shirts or 28 waist pants... So far I've found Haven and Context Clothing. Seems like End, Bureau, and brick/mortar stores here in SF only go to small and 30 waist sizes.

Has anyone attempted to unshrink jeans by wearing them in a bathtub for 15 min then out of the tub for an hour? Some claim it works. Wondering if anyone has first hand experience.

Where can I find some basic ass jeans in a similar wash for relatively cheap?

Didn't have any luck at Levis outlet stores or Old Navy etc.

I own a dark grey and a navy pair of semi-formal pants, what color blazer can I/should I wear with them? I was thinking something olive/dark green butI have no experience really with blazers

matching them with what?
They don't look like they'll go with your collection of topcoats particularly well but I might be wrong.

yea, this is the problem, i like them a lot but not sure what i'd wear them with. i wear wool overshirts and snowman-type smocks in spring but trou are prob a bit too formal-looking for that? all i can think would work is some type of comme-esque black blazer or cardigan over white shirt.

Formal looking? I was thinking the problem is the opposite. They look like they have knee pads/gussets from here. Are they finished with a different material on the back or is it just a satiny stripe?
I reckon they'd look good with a high neck hooded technical zip parka and hitop trainers (not sarcastic)
I think what we're getting here is it's too tough to call. I'd keep up the cop freeze.

You don't look short so they must be very lanky.

any tailor has and can replace buttons but if you want to buy your own there are a million places in the garment district, mood fabrics is the most accessible but they might not let you buy like 2 buttons.

Is there a way to open a single post in a new tab rather than having the whole thread show up?

Choose based on the insulation:
Vest is 40gsm coreloft all over
Jacket is 60/80
Aside from that + sleeves or lack thereof, they're the same product
