tried on marioyoshi snow pants today and they are pretty amaze, heavy cotton ones. they fit loose in the waist and a bit short in the leg so i would suggest a size down on the waist and buy a long unless ur short. however going tts with some milspec clasp belt would look 8).

sounds weird saying it but with the drawstring cuff the excess material is really flattering

as for the store/brand construction as a whole A+ would buy without hesitation if i needed mil gear but didn't want surp.

so while i was at the raeburn sample sale mr burns was talking about how they're happy to fix any product of theirs which has broken. coincidently i had my map jacket in my bag and it had two holes in the sleeves, so they stopped making what looked like some fine rebuilds and fixed the cuffs as i sat their and took photos like a tourist.












brand gets better every day.

all the mesh on this jacket is made from cool wool, has this great ability to keep you warm when it's cold and cooler when it's hot, the panels are all made from the ss14 sandstorm scholler with the piece itself being made here in England.

Wouldn't expect functional cuffs on that kind of thing. They're only really functional on bespoke/m2m stuff that doesn't need any adjustments. Non functional cuffs are easier to shorten (functional cuffs are almost impossible or something)

Went back to Old Town. Tried on some of their trousers. The High Rise trousers are fucking big trew crew to the max. You better have some chunky footwear if you want to wear them.

The Vauxhalls however, are very wearable.

Sizing seems to be consistent, I'd say you can size up by a whole size if you want to use the cinch back.

Had a chat with (i think?) the woman who runs the place though I was kind of jazzed on double espresso and couldn't talk properly so forgot to mention CT.
