So Sasquatchfabrix x Supreme is a thing
http://hypebeast.com/2016/4/supreme-x-s ... collection

Don't really care one way or the other, but I am wondering if hypebeasts are gonna start kopping Sasquatch hakamas and leather side-seam shirts. unlike UC, Sasquatch makes some pretty difficult garms so it'll be harder to wear with bogos and Acnes. Either way, I'm all for Japanese brands collabing with Supreme and the like. Sasquatch is huge in Japan but tiny elsewhere so it'd be nice for them to break out overseas. All the Haven editorials and Ssense collections in the world don't have the power to move units like a Preme collab.

Can someone explain to me, or point me to a place that explains, John Ross/Yung Weej? What?

john ross is friends with ian connor, probably cause his dad owns a record label. so he's capitalizing on ian's fame basically

yung weej is his friend who drinks too much lean and makes shitty rap, basically all the worst qualities of the playboi carti/lil uzi vert/lil yachty style

all in all not really worth paying attention to, they're just highschool underclassmen wearing gosha on instagram

Have any of the previous LVMH prize winners gone onto some good success? I suppose its too early to tell, also who is up for the ANDAM prize this year?

And while we are on young designers, whats the deal with Agi & Sam? I have really liked their 2016 collections and it seems a lot of other people like them too, but they have almost zero decent stockists, apart from some obscure Japanese stores. Just a matter of designers curse with no buyers?

now that i've made a push to buy clothes from more humane locations and manufacturers, i'm really curious if there are countries in the world that do not manufacture clothes. i was looking through some Dries stuff today and the countries were all over the place (literally). i believe that you are (legally? i don't know if this is a universal thing) required to list the last country the garment was "touched," so it made me curious how many times a piece can bounce around.

Boomerangs in Boston is such a good thrift store, to the point where I can pass these up for various reasons and feel like the gold rush hasn't peaked. But damn. Feels like a crime to walk in, see all of this at one time for a total of $20 and then walk out with none of it (not in reselling game anymore, shrunken, etc) - particularly the SNS Herning.

Bought this shoe spray stuff a few years back and forgot about. Decided to try it on some of my pairs since I already had it lying around.

Seems to work decently for light rain. Maybe I can wear my terry racers when its wet out now without it soaking a litre of water.

i've found that a lot of western menswear brands are explicitly targeted towards wealthy 20-somethings - like ben baller's lameass ~high-end basics~ brand superism is self-described as "clothes for the young CEO". and supposedly GQ's demographic is younger men but they still recommend >$3k LV suits in their lifestyle section

is there a comparison between womenswear making women feel insecure about their weight/body type and menswear making men insecure about their income/status. and consequently making older wealthy men insecure about their vitality because all this stuff's being marketed to 20yos.

Shrank a bit thanks to not eating desserts, so my size-35 Outlier pants are a bit loose (contemplating wearing a belt with them) and my XL Outlier shirts are starting to have enough space in them to move my arms around and not be snug at the chest.

I looked at their website and they rarely sell XXL shirts, but their pants go up to size 40. I think it's odd that they sell pants sized for men who can't fit into any of their shirts when they're buttoned up.
