a conversation with a friend about western influence on asian culture (mainly situated around design & fashion, i suppose) informed me on this cool label, leesle. it's a korean brand that draws from the traditional korean everyday wear, the
i think it's kind of fucked up how western stuff is looked to as the "norm" and everything else isn't, even outside of the anglo (western-?) sphere. i'm going to not go too deep into this here because i don't think this threads for social/political critique. but just a semi-related thought.
