look presentable
find a hair style that works well for me
incorporate rings/necklaces/bracelets/jewelry (nonnative?)
look like i'm dressed by wonder mountain irie
although i don't think i'm going to be buying more clothes vs just admiring them it's not a very sustainable lifestyle at this point for me
non style resolutions:
be happier
be healthier

fashion:
continue in a minimizing order; respectfully sell/donate clothes i don't want or wear anymore.
no more random sneaker pickups.
establish a couple uniforms for alternating style preferences.
more patchwork. more cozy.
set staple/grail pieces for next year purchases, start saving individually this year.
look into finding a good cologne that may become a signature (or stay cologne-less).
non-fashion:
workout consistently.
decide on if i want to go to grad school.
branch out of my established friend group.
make more art.

fashion:
-baggier tees
-more cargo shorts
-more pockets in general
-long hair
-cooler shoes, like nb 740's and reebok pumps
-thrift less, no need to have 7 coats that each cost $5 if 4 of them look like ass
-less impulse purchases in general, esp. when i go to college so i can save
-blue moon ice cream stains all over my cheeks, mouth, and tongue
-chief keef pose in every pic i'm a part of
non-fashion:
-under 5:00 in the 500 free by next month, under 4:50 by the end of the year
-overall better outlook on life (graduating hs will definitely help this)
it's likely i'll look back at this in dec. 2015 and think "wtf was i thinking," but that's just another part of evolution

learning to mend/sew is so much fun and especially useful and the best part is that you dont have to be the best! just do the bet you can :-)
i started patching on things i really liked and needed to be patched so i had that incentive to learn. If i bought some thrift pants for a dollar and tore a hole in the knee and couldn't patch it, i would have no problem throwing it away and never learning but if i really love the jacket that i wear almost daily and it's got a hole, i will do whatever it takes to get it fixed.
maybe some would think opposite of this and say "try w cheap stuff until you get it down so you can do it on expensive stuff": which makes sense and is also a valid way of learning.
I say just jump right in.

Try new things with layers. LL Bean flannels over hoodies has quickly become a favorite of mine. Looking forward to trying some stuff with my new turtleneck tee.

- buy more expressive pieces. don't just hide in plain black everything.
- try new brands.
- accessorize. hats, jewelry, maybe another pair of glasses.
- get a formalwear fit.

-Get fingerless gloves.
-Only use computer while wearing goggles.
-More cords (the electric kind, not the wale kind)
-At least 3 fit bits.

I want to figure out how I want to dress. I currently have so many styles I like to look at but none I like to dress in. I want skinny pants, but I don't want my legs to fill them. I don't know if I need to find better fitting pants or work out or what. I just want to develop a style and not wear my raws 4 days a week because I'm too lazy.
