New Balance comes and goes with particularly cool stuff, but I think they're generally pretty nice if you're not picking up the stuff marketed at middle aged moms. The 996 for J. Crew this year has a beautiful colourway.

Something about the grey in the outsole feels slightly off to me, might just be the photography though.

They also have a beautiful "Flying the Flag" CT300 coming out too (all of the ct300s are fucking great though.)

The colours are so rich you can taste them.

Almost sorry for the double post, but holy shit, I'm kinda glad I missed out on the original Becker OGs because this made in Italy pack that's about to drop is fucking gorgeous.

Hnnnng, I NEED the white colourway. But at $250 it might be a stretch, I'm hoping I can pull it off though.

I know we don't have a recent purchases thread for a reason, but a pair of NB997's in Gray popped up on grailed and this is the only time I've utilized the "instacop" maneuver. The best part is I don't regret it because I really, really wanted these, and passed on the last 11 at unionmade. I still got them way below retail.

surprised at how the new nike huarache nm's actually don't look half bad. if nike did away with the huarache part by taking away the black strap and just marketed them as regular trainers i'd probably buy a pair for summer romping
