It can't be done by paypal policy, and yet I just bought something from Kind on Rak and did the same dumb mistake- forgot to change it, asked him to send it to my apt. instead of parent's house.
The guy was nice, refunded my purchase and gave me the link to pay again, but what hurt the most was the attachment on the email that was a beginner's guide on how to change your address at paypal checkout with pictures and there's only one step. :'(
EDIT: this is probably more of a random sportswear whatever, but whatever- it's a cautionary tale.
