love what you're going for here. The camera quality isn't got enough to really see the booties/socks combo well but it looks good from what I can see. Grey socks would be ace too for sure. Could also try boots without heel for a more gnarly look.
For me the shirt is the biggest success and "problem". It's a great colour and I love the idea of a baggier shirt done-up and tucked in to a high rise skirt. However I wish the shirt were either less baggy or the skirt higher up on you to make it more purposeful and dramatic. Reminds me of this Margaret Howell lookbook shot:
Though here the long breast pockets and more military styling change the look. The shapes and colours are very similar though.
Kinda wish your shirt wasn't a button-down - really strong and straight point collars would look particularly amazing as would something softer and more spread like round collars.
Very cool direction to play in though!
