this is my new bag. Napron Army Patients Bag. I've had it for about three weeks now.
I like it a lot. It's quite versatile because it can be used either as a tote or as a kind of sling. It's spacious enough for groceries or books but not so big that things get lost in it. It has an internal nylon pocket and the bottom is in nylon for durability. The colour is a nice Khaki.
Probably going to pick up an apron (lol) from them as well.

anyone have any recs for sort of "indie" leather handbag designers who sit in the ~$300 price range?
i've been in the market for a new bag (this process always takes me like two years) and i'm getting really frustrated not finding anything i like
looking for some sort of simple black leather/suede bag. i generally drift toward slouchier bags (proenza ps1 was my dream bag growing up) but i'm open to suggestions. not a fan of outward branding, excessive hardware, or the "clean" aesthetic (e.g. kate spade). would like a medium size shoulder bag. hate crossbodies and small satchels.
don't want to splurge on a designer bag and would love to support a smaller designer, so if anyone has any friends or recs, holla at yo girl. i've trawled etsy and come up with absolutely nothing.
ugh i hate bags.

3 new dsptch silhouettes
They've started using fidlock closure which is kinda neat
http://www.dsptch.com/collections/packs ... -bag-blackhttp://www.dsptch.com/collections/packs ... ag-black-1http://www.dsptch.com/collections/packs ... -bag-blackBookpack shape is kinda weird but I guess if you really wanted an 18l daypack with a structured shape that's what you'd end up with

http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfre ... s-tote-bagArtic on totes for men. I wish I could master the ability to ride a bike with a tote. I think it is the sickest look of all time. Actually the sickest look of all time is riding a bike with a tote AND holding an umbrella at the same time. Off the charts.

Does anyone know where I can get a backpack, about three hundred pounds, blue, with suede accents? Only thing is the zip has to last longer than a month. Any one have any ideas?
Willing to import, will be a hassle to send back but I probably won't need to if the zip lasts longer than a month.

Frustratingly hard to find a bag with side pockets that isn't covered in loads of techy clips and straps.

yo i'm looking for a good hiking daypack. my trash messenger bag rolltop is way to large (47L base expand to 60ish) and bulky for non working / commuting stuff.
probably looking for something i could throw a camelback bladder into too that'd be rad.
