Any experiences ordering from End in Canada? They have a great selection of stuff and fairly reasonable prices, but I'm worried about duties, shipping, etc.

With end in Canada add 30% to the price and if it's still worth it then order.

Never quite know what to makes of Mr End's face, but its nice to see him all sultry and remember he probably has a reet canny geordie accent

i've been to the End store quite a few times and have seen Mr End in real life, and unfortunately his Geordie accent is pretty weak.
His facial shape/features are incredibly distinctive though, to the point where its hard not to just stare at his face. He's also very, very tall. End website claims he's 6"1 but I'm pretty sceptical. I'm about 5"10, maybe 5"11 but he absolutely towers over me like I'm Jack and he's one of the giants at the top of the beanstalk.
Dresses like a chief too, iirc

I read somewhere that End users are 'people who really want to see new arrivals, for some reason.'
And yeah, that's sometimes me on slow sundays. Really sleek, web 2.0, other adjectives go here website, styling is pretty quizzical, but still not Mr. Porter.
Anybody have a good rule of thumb for when an east-coast American should consider ordering from End? Is there a threshold of where to expect duties? I've sat out of their last two end-of-seasons, though I really thought about . Got worried about sizing, then pricing, ended up refreshing to see XS and S sold out. Sad days, but looking back the sleeve's cut would've made me sadder.
