Show me an Adidas hi-top that can actually compete with Jordans. Almost every single "cool" shoe on that list has the exact same silhouette. Nike's got:

Frees, Jordans (lot of variation in that category as well), Air Max 1, Air Max 2, Air Max 90 , Air Max 95, Huaraches, Air Raids, Air Carnivore, Air Rivederci - matter of fact, the entire ACG series, esp Air Mowabb & Takao, Air Rhyolite, fuckin foamposites? Uptempos, Zoom Flight 95s, just to name a few.

All different shapes and technological innovations. I'll grant you that that Adidas has absolutely nailed that shape of shoe and Nike can't compete there, but EVERYWHERE else Nike dominates.

Also, honorable mention to Converse - they've had some crazy cool hi-tops in the late 80's.

lol @ that list.. As an NB lover I'm a little bit hurt, also always kinda liked purcels though never actually owned a pair. I don't like most Nike's but agree with on Air Max's and a couple others being nice trainers. I work part time in a store that stocks Adidas/NB/Puma/Nike and explode inside everytime someone says Adidas are ''gay'' and opts for a pair of disgusting Jordan's (it happens on a daily basis).

Camper's doing this too - it's probably been posted before, but this Camper number's tall white sole with a matching cap toe reminds me of a certain popular and pricy fashion sneaker offering.
