i am super taken with j moon and desperately want to purchase one of those sweaters. it seems incredibly luxe in a children's-carpeting way. definitely agree about it being playful but not silly—the way she cuts together different textures and colors is super masterful and intriguing. love the makeup on the models, too, it perfectly reflects the ethos of the clothing.
andrea jiapei li is also incredible—love the use of volume for these large, stiff fabric ties/knots. it can be a very feminine/light little detail, but the way it's blown up to huge scale and done with kind of stiff weighty fabrics makes it feel quite different. the first and last pictures you posted, the fabrics have a subtle…texture? pattern? that creates this super trippy holographic shifting-pattern look. love it.
