I'm a fan but it sounds like you don't actually want it so I'd advise against.

Looking for a collarless chambray shirt, preferably in charcoal or navy (or some other heavy'ish fabric) and sub-€100. Doesn't need to have a breast-pocket or short sleeves.

Looking for some trainers. I sort of know what I want but don't really. I am tempted by either white Stans with green accents and at the moment these are what i'm leaning towards, or maybe the black 3M ones with a white sole (but i probably won't get those tbh). I really like Rod Lavers (the og ones), and if i lived somewhere nicer i would have already purchased and my debate would be over, but i won't be getting those at the moment because they are perforated and i live in Scotland so want them to be more or less sealed as i'll be wearing them in rain sometimes and don't want wet socks. I like AF1's but after trying them on my suspicions were confirmed that they are a bit too chunky for me. Adidas Superstars look pretty nice and will probably try on a pair of these today or tomorrow to see what i think.
Any other options I could be looking at based on that?

Pumas are a really good call thanks, definitely along the lines of what i'm looking for.

When i say the og rod lavers i just mean these ones: (Not sure if they are truly the originals or not tbh.) Which ones do you mean? not too familiar with the different variations

Looking for a really really light linen blend work coat or super casual unstructured blazer. Saw an amazing one at 45rpm with ben in august and can't get it out of my head. Would love it for cooler nights at outdoor bars. Dana Lee has something thats close, but not quite right.

Definitely want navy. Anyone know of anything?

Burberry Prorsum did this linen overshirt S/S 14 that I really like and get a lot of use out of, but hard to track down now since it's off season. I'm sure a bunch are still out there though.

tbs is having that 25 euro off discount thing, so apc jeans are now $130 shipped. my pair of ps are long dead, thighs ripped (got too swole for those) and what not. I want a new pair, problem is I'm having trouble deciding between ns and ps (fuck pns that fit is so weird).

thumbs up for ps

thumbs down for ns

also, what is sizing on ns?

I sized Levi's size and love they way they fit. Baggier then most of what you wear but really amazing cut.

Considering these because I want a pair of larger black shoes that are not sneakers.

edit: I'm actually fairly certain I'm buying those first ones I just need to figure out what size I am, if I wear 10.5 in Nike what is my size for Doctor Marten?

I'm not sure about this Carhartt denim jacket from the bay. It looks cool but I don't know if it would fit into my wardrobe. Cop or not?

If I recall yr unemployed atm and don't have super cash flow right now? It seems like you're just cruising the bay for something to do atm. I'd get the stayfocusd extension on chrome and block ebay. Spend some time on your music instead.

Jacket is fine but couldn't condone the cop from what you're saying.

According to the owner, the dents can be removed (which I would do). Also at the price (~$130 including shipping) it's pretty attractive. Unless someone else has a better suggestion for a wide-brimmed black hat with a rounded crown, I think this looks like my best option. Reinhard Plank doesn't seem to have anything I like this season and his stuff would cost around double, even if I saw something I wanted. Horisaki is even worse price-wise.

Wool

Yeah, very expensive. It's actually like $100 but shipping is supposed to be like $15 to $30.

If there's a cheaper (and still nice) alternative, I'm all ears.

Problem with tech-wear ish fits for me has always been lack of waterproof shoes. You get these tricked out jackets and then shoes that let water in really easily. So I guess I'm looking for a decent goretex sneaker or boot that fits that aesthetic, or even a 'cycling' aesthetic if that means anything - the kind of thing you'd ride a bike in. Not limited to black.

This is not great looking, but I am thinking about it since it also seems like it can double as a winter boot, and living in the city stuff gets shoveled pretty quickly for the most part.

Can't go wrong with sneaker boots

Timberlands look cool in tech fits

EDIT: Your fits have been ace lately yoyobeat, keep it up

Also nike Lunarterra arktos, I'm a fan of those boots

Am I selling myself short by getting this William Fox & Sons blazer instead of the EG one in the same fabric ? It's on sale at End for $150. Been hunting for the EG version for a minute but it has yet to turn up in my size.

the only rain proof jacket i own is for sub 30 degrees and it's about to get rainy in p-town. i sold my norse projects MAC because it was too small in the shoulders and every time i wore it it was agony. i could get by by bundling and wearing wool hats, but i don't think that'd be too much fun. i've been really digging long coats lately (just saw american psycho last night and EVEN MORE HYPED ON LONG COATS NOW). i'm thinking a light-weight mac like this might be fun?

but i don't know if white coats are too ridiculous, especially white mac coats (i think my wardrobe could actually support this tho)

i also really liked the look of the dana lee mac in her s/s15 lookbook, but that obviously won't be out for a while

all thoughts/white-coat-ghetto-anger/suggestions are welcome

If you want a waterproof coat buy a waterproof coat imo. Showerproof is all larks until it wets out after 5 minutes.

I don't think those are going to be any easier to wear than the LAD ones.

If you just want to own something then go for it but I know you were going to buy that creg gren painted t-shirt? What if you put the money for these trews and the tshirt together and bought an even cooler painted piece like the bomber jacket.
