Ok while it's cold and rainy and I didn't have much planned for the day I am gnashingly distraught Charli XCX could neuter Track 10 like this (although we all knew it was coming so why the hell am I still so upset. It's not even so bad if you cut out lizzo jesus man grow up)

that said track 10 is really way better, much more emotional and the production is just better lol, bioyl sounds super generic

charli is really at her best over pc music prod, and it seems like it's just her label or whatever that wants to keep her from putting out actual albums with that which is a fuckin shame

I disagree. 1999 knows exactly what it is and works within that paradigm to be an absolut banger! BIOYL is just Charli working on her fondness for the og song, appeasing her label and tacking on hot rapper of the day I guess ( I genuinely have no idea who Lizzo is) to make it work even though the generic dancehall-ness/fast&furious-tier-soundtrackiness of it leaves much to be desired. That being said I've been listening to an edit without Lizzo and it's kinda enjoyable. Plus I remember an insta story of AG taking out her bins and I think he's worked on the album so let's see what comes out of that.
