You can buy wholesale off American Apparel's website in most fabrics for screenprinting, but they don't do the screenprinting process themselves. Most other places I've seen use Champion/Russell/generic blanks. I tried to call CYC to ask about wholesale blanks but they're closed (open 9:00 - 17:30) so I'll give them another try tomorrow.

I know Archival has done group orders (Massdrop), but I'd like a thicker, softer sweatshirt

For wholesale sweatshirts, there are some American sportswear factories in North Carolina that still make tubular knit sweats. Might want to also try asking Hickorees or South Willard who makes their in-house tees in Japan, they can probably do sweats too.

Founded by a former Champion guy,they've been tubular knitting and sewing sweatshirts in America since Champion started outsourcing. North Carolina garment industry represent yo.

They also offer a super heavyweight 12oz crossgrain fleece (Reverse Weave® lol) and a lighter weight 7.5oz.

alright friends, how many of you are actually interested in a care-tags bucket hat?



We could get some cheap-o hats embroidered with "care" or raf from here (they have light blue ayy). I think they'd be really cheap. I just want something cheap that represents us that I can beat up at the beach this summer.

I don't intend for this to replace the sweat idea (I vote parastexis' first one) but rather another option for people. If there's actually interest I may be able to arrange. If someone knows of a better way to go about this let me know, I just googled "wholesale bucket hats" lol

-beige, khaki and black are the obvious/easy choices but if it were me i'd get something a little wackier like orange/royal blue. we'd have to work out something with the sizing bc i definitely need a L.

-i really like the idea of printing something huge on the back of jeans or trousers like evisu gulls



-id also love to print on some button ups, either or both sides.

-' design is really epic and i'd love to put it on something. sweatshirts are ok altho it's not exactly the season. t shirts are really easy but everyone does t shirts.
