in the on oki-ni it says solid black socks are acceptable.
your tie knot and cuff buttons are much more egregious

I got a few compliments, mainly from people wearing Black Fleece or sales associates. Couple of tuxes, lots of suits. Took some crappy pictures:

Really really lightweight fabric that wears like linen. Well, the online store lists it as but the care tag says 100% wool. Feels like the blend to me but job to know really.
Aren't naval-rise trousers just the best? So comfy.

Your jackets are on point syek and tpaine. Love your trousers syek, fit looks way better buttoned but I'm sure while being alive the sweater looks fine. I like cropped pants but for some reason your pants here aren't doing it for me thomas. It's probably just the pic.
edit: thanks again for the pants odarek or whatever the fuck your name is now

cuffs are messed up but you get the idea. should i have tucked in my shirt?
wore this a few days ago.
i bought these boots yesterday so technically i made it a month ( i think?)
going on a trip to london in november so no more clothes for a while.
i'm much more smiles-y than the pictures look

smiles I really like how the first fit looks. I would wear that.
Not sure how I feel about the pentagram on your second shirt though.

yes. it is very corny. most people associate it with ice cream cones and/or a stars though. So it's ok.
would you call the first one feminine? or do you just mean you would wear it conceptually.

really great teck. I feel like a slightly longer shirt might flow better. as of now there's a slight disconnect between the top and bottom.

smiles, your first fit looks pretty unisex to me. i think you should've tucked in your shirt tho, as is it kinda looks like you're wearing a kids jacket. might just be me tho
something's missing in the second fit. needs a spike collar or something. you don't look angry enuff to wear this shirt
are you growing your hair out? looks good.

yeah. i wanted the jacket to look a bit cropped. I could always unroll the sleeeves.
wrt hair and second fit. 1. yes I guess i am growing my hair out. I'm not really sure what to do past this stage though. I might get a baseball cap (a proper one) 2. I have a spiky necklace.

Smiles- really like both. Timbs? Not overly feminine in my opinion. Your fits make me wish I was half my size.
Teck- this needs video WAYWT.

teck this is stellar, you were so right to jump on those yohjis.
Would like this with "better"/more interesting shoes but I love the colours and the shape to the whole thing.
The walk makes the ensemble look vaguely threatening actually!

heh thanks i'm channeling my inner ken watanabe.
shoe options?
also what are peoples thoughts on the mid sesction? smiles says a longer shirt which i'm not opposed to. this thing has belt loops but im not sure what kind of belt does it justice. i cant be wearing a sash. that's one step away from wearing swords.

I agree I think everything on the top (but particularly the shirt) could be longer

Not sure,
Sandals, derbies with ripple soles, creepers, black suede derbies
Actually I think this outfit would be go great with the .
I like the midsection personally but I see where smiley is coming from - longer shirt would look well cool here. Band collar and/or hidden placket would work nicely here too, as would really intense point collars. I think Ann Demeulermeester would would really, really well with this whole look - in shirts, jackets or shoes.

It's remarkably Fall, and it felt like it would never come but it's finally cold enough to wear this kind of stuff. it's 15 degrees out at night and during the day it's around 22ish but really strong winds
