Yeah. I think I'm going to agree with you. It's more light weight fodder from the archive. I unrolled them a bit so they just look like baggy neck beard combat trousers rather than whatever bullshit insanity they represent above.

My posture is sick these days don't even front I swear to christ. Does look bad in that picture though. I honestly don't know why. I took like three photos and it looked bad in all of them. Think I forgot how to stand.

The shoes are some old tap dancing shoes I found under the sink.

I've come a huge way just on the pics in this thread if you count that rolled cargo pic. So glad I took that picture because it was one where you snap it and then can immediately see that something needs to be changed if you're going to leave the house today.

ben I want to talk about therapy outfits. When I used to go it was the one place where I never wanted to look "put together" and I would almost deliberately end up wearing stuff I don't normally wear outside the house. I used to feel the same when I was unemployed and signing onto job seeker's allowance. It wasn't a great feeling if I'm honest but it was something I felt. Do you ever feel the same?

Not to butt in but when I was unemployed (well, underemployed scrubbing toilets) and in a major whole of depression I'd purposefully dress as "not together" as possible - baggy ripped corduroy trousers, scruff t-shirts, dirty sandals, women's cardigans, etc. It's really interesting that you also did this (semi-)consciously.

Still iterating the linen trew fit. Think they work well with my brogs, but probably better with the blue shirt than this white one. All white loose clothes feels weird. Like I'm a tourist or should be on a beach or something.

oh plus syek, do you ever wonder what it would be like to dress "nicely" in a situation like that? Not smartly but just clothes you liked? I wonder if I'd have felt better if I did, or worse.
