hey son, let me give you a protip
there's a difference between being humble and tearing yourself down before other people have the chance to. there's always going to be someone criticizing you, you don't need to do it first. if you're posting something of yours (whether it be an opinion, fit, creative work, whatever) stand by it and be appropriately proud. not too proud. proud enough, because you should care about what you're doing if you're putting it out there.
basic is fine. you don't dress like shit. everyone wishes he/she had more/better stuff.

I think a military styled jacket would suit you well and doesn't have to cost too much.

Bobbin thought my first WAYWT post should be a double whammy. Here goes (excuse the bathroom selfies)...
Military coveralls, Seattle Seahawks cropped tee, belt and converse
Deadstock chambray shirt, 1950's work jeans, prison-issue boots

In related news, the du at COS Birmingham recognises me on sight apparently.

Katy- really lovely, both of them.
Bela - not a huge fan of the shoes, but up until them I really like it. I wish we had COS here.

The shoes do not look classically good but they have tatami insoles.
Cos is my savior.

TB looks good, but the chest/shoulder width of the D&G in relation to the skinny lapels and tie in relation to the slimness and taper of the suit pants make your feet look tiny. Granted, that could be an issue with the picture angle.

if you're spending all that on off the rack you should seriously consider made to measure. both my suit and most interesting jacket (fabric wise) are from martin greenfield and it was the best decision i've made re: suiting.

Blak Fleece is dope as hell. Dunno if I like you in D&G though. Yr so broad. Then again it doesn't look that weird, just not what I expect.
They're Adidas you mong.

Bought this vintage body warmer today, obviously worn by a trucker and CB enthusiast. Its covered in badges from the UK and US.
