got my spitehouse specs and hank 8 jeans today!

jeans are a bit tight at a 28 and they have that weird crotch issue but they're stretching out so i think it will go away. Otherwise amazing of course. The fabric is the same weight as my time jacket so they go together really well. The texture is gorg as well.

spectacles are great as well. acetate is really funky and the packaging is lux. only question is to wear them as sunglasses or regular ones. they're a big bigger than my other glasses so my first instinct is sunglasses but i don't wear sunglasses that often and these make me feel quite fabulous.

re: steevmike crotch issue. I think because of the fabric weight also it being slightly small these weird creases appear.

mine is much less, and after stretching them/walking around its starting to go away. I think it's just a breaking in thing.

Re: your crotch

It's a vintage jean fit in the truest sense so it has quirks. For what it's worth mine were the same but it's subsided - and all true vintage fits Saeed and I have ever bought or looked at have had that initial look (including vintage 501s AND LVC repros!). I think they look amazing mate!

They're available - just not on the store. We're developing new ones but if you want the old ones nows your last chance.

heard y'all like story jeans 'round these parts. a pair of the 0 jeans showed up (did i even buy these? so long ago i can't remember) and boy howdy. my, uh, fuller topblock seems to have skipped some of the settling issues that other people have had but i love the high rise and the "slim" part is no joke. sized correctly at 30 so thanks katy for stretch info. can't seem to get the cuffs right so i'll probably just let 'them stack for the foreseeable future.
