We need a waywt stance thread.
I'm of two minds as to whether I should buy some raws this winter and what price point I should go in at. Feel like it's either gonna be albam/unbranded or some £200 waste of cash.

How do you avoid crotch blowouts before cool holes form?
Follow up question: are crotch blowouts cool holes?

man i have had so many raws that i just never kept up with in terms of really wearing them out. two pairs of nudies, apc ns, levis, n&f, a bunch of uniqlo. but i always end up just leaving them in my closet or giving them to my brother when i went back to school the next year. i'm probably going to pick up a new pair of raws this fall. i was thinking of baldwin or something american, but we'll see.
these were my favorites though. uniqlo mij. i bought them in 2008, this is from 2010, i have no idea where they are now.

Yeah but it's mostly torso sknss. His inseam is only about 30. V top heavy mothafucka.

"A.P.C. RUE MADAME PARIS"
proper PSs would say "PETIT STANDARD" right?
i have to cuff, otherwise they don't break; exaggeratedly short through cuffing looks better than slightly too short imo

what's the deal with black raw denim? Paging odradek.
I kind of like the idea of getting a pair of black jeans in winter, and wearing and washing them until they're grey for spring.

I think i am gonna exchange my new standards for a new pair, probably TTS this time. does anyone know if it applies to the black or overblack jeans?

i'm pretty sure it only applies to the regular blue jeans. and fyi sometimes they don't accept jeans with a crotch blowout but sometimes they don't care

my ubs are holding out fine, was never on board with raws till a few months back when i finally traded in my asos jeans for these. glad i did. don't think you're ever going to get fades/holes like apc or other fast faders from unbranded like most people want, but you'll get some nice jeans which look like 'worn jeans' after a few months, at least i did.
that said i'm gagging for something heavier and with a longer inseem, these are only 34'' which just gives me a full break and like 14oz with the fit being skinnier than i intended. would love some ironheart 21-25 oz.

No secret that I'm creating a line at the moment, but I thought I'd share this super top secret spoiler. Here's a first look at our very special denim. I'll do a full write up when I get the full sample yardage in.
Also, not a great camera, but I take this in the spirit of shitty 'leak pics' that always drop around big announcements.

Anyone fancy a sweepstake on the leg opening of Bobbin's jeans? 20cm? 25?

I'm not going to say any more on this until my full write up BUT
Re: fit
You'll be surprised. It's not anti-fit.
Re: Twill
It's not broken twill. It's something a little more... interesting.
