Job interviews aren't meant to be exciting - dress how they want, turn up and focus on being employable. Business-casual is awful but so is work and life in general. If you have a hard time bringing yourself to go to interviews because of how they ask you to dress either look for employment in a different field or get over yourself a bit (meant in the least condescending way).

This is either a bad flame or a legitimate question. I'll assume it's the latter.
Don't be a victim. Wear what you need to wear to get the job and keep the job. Remember all that shit you read on them ef a that you may or may not laugh at now? Yeah, it's pretty useful stuff.
If you have a problem with the discrepancy between your casual and work_wear, then that's something you'll have to live with to exist as a functioning member in society. If you're like most people, you'll be at work five days a week with a uniform or business casual requirement. In my case, six or seven. I made the choice to have little to no difference between casual wear and work stuff for that reason. Something to take into account.
There's also the financial implications of being young and blowing all your disposable income on victim shit like many fashion forum goers do. If you're going the traditional office worker/whatever route requiring business casual (at minimum), you'd be better off investing first in some staples. This is also assuming you've stopped growing.
tl;dr: Suck it up and work and be yourself on the weekends or be fortunate enough to land a creative role or find a clever way to integrate casual and work_wear without getting shitcanned.

I wear shit like this to work
people have complimented these outlier dungarees thinking they are slacks. they are an amazing restaurant pant, they are fairly self cleaning, breathe well, have great mobility and I only have to wash them about once a month (worn 4-6 times a week)
