I need stress/anxiety relief that doesn't take up a large amount of time...? ASMR is always a quicker wind down after work than the usual 4-5 hours of dicking around with homework until I fall asleep, but I still end up watching a 1-2 hour video before I doze off. I want something quick (10-15 minutes) to just really knock me the fuck out/relieve some tension or stress.
Like cigarettes minus the harm, ya know?
I just hate coming home from work knowing I have school in 5-6 hours and I just can't physically get myself to unwind and fall asleep.
