feeling super nostalgic about tamagotchis. I didn't have the original one but I had the second iteration. I used to spend so much time on the internet reading geocity style websites dedicated to them lol. If you took it apart and rubbed a pencil tip across two terminals you could enable a fast forward option where the tamagotchi would grow up in a few minutes instead of weeks. true aficionados would use it to figure out ways to raise special tamagotchis.
