21/m/Canada/uni student/etc.

I know we're not allowed to talk about other places here really, but I've been around other communities for a while. I know most people who participate in the well-known fashion areas of the internet cross-post everywhere, so it's a similar mix of people everywhere, but I'm just looking for a fresh place to hang out if you guys will have me. I got invited here by someone from a certain place over the summer when CT was down, lurked it recently and liked the jizz.

I'm always looking to learn more and get inspired. I have a bunch of hobbies but in terms of fashion I've been chasing mid-tier contemporary stuff, ethical stuff, and been trying to narrow down my wardrobe for a bit, I only draw on flintstone from high-end stuff, maybe that will change.

I need a picture. I had an idea when I first registered but I totally forgot.

ah cool, is there anywhere you recommend for shopping around here apart from sevenwolves/dogfish? it's all a bit middle england, although i did see a guy in those prada creeper espadrille things today which threw me a bit

formals are great if you want to end up looking like the before shot on an advert for vanish, you need the gown for protection but then nobody can see your siqq fit anyway :'( strong novelty tie game is the only answer

Giulio actually has a decent array of certain garms (stoney, bit of Acne, some Chip Shannon was in last season, various hardcore artisinal goth bits, Lubiam, a reasonably prescient moschino buy). It's very useful to go in there so you can be reminded what retail fashion is and become turned off it for a couple of days.

But generally no, there is nowhere I recommend. Stick to ebay.co.uk.

Go to Oz Alterations for tailoring, get your bike fixed by the dude in the market, get your burritos from Nanna mexico, get your cakes from afternoon tease, best pizza is from Charlie's, Clowns has a secret upstairs terrace, avoid fitzbillies, gardenia is overrated, the falafel van outside tk-maxx on saturdays slays, don't listen to people who are obsessed with steak and honour they are insane and think that buying a burger from a van is an incredible novelty, savinos, carlo's grill and zi's peri peri are underrated, I can't work out a difference between any of the barbers on king's street and feel antagonistic towards almost all of them, there are no good swimming pools.
