i'm not sure i understand the conflict-- why are people hating on it? are shufflers coming up in clubs where its just bros and bras who wanna grind and getting in the way? i guess i can see that.
sounds like uk shufflers are listening to much better music than australians and that shit hardstyle stuff.
e: went back and watched the two videos again. interesting that its so much less athletic than the usual melbourne stuff. very clear charlston/lindy hop flintstone, i see a lot of 90s bay hyphy in it and maybe even a little vogue.
depending on the bpm/jizz of a song i fall into a pretty standard shuffle/running man/reject foundation when i run out of flintstone. there's not much else to do when a great progressive house/trance song is crescendoing other than beat the floor. if the song is slower or funkier i have a decent foundational boogaloo
