Just watched the movie "42" put on by HBO about Jackie Robinson joining major league baseball. Was really cool, would definitely recommend, sports fan or not.

Weird to think that slavery ended 1865~, and this whole thing occurred 80 years later. Humans need to kick the "accepting everyone" into high gear.

Finally finished university, great hurray, go drinking, 2 days of partying, think I've got allergies to pollen and shit, NOPE I have the worst cold I've ever had. When I stand up I get really dizzy and any physical activity (including walking) is hard because I'm so blocked up I'm having trouble breathing. Got to to keep this week casual because everyone who I've met at uni who is important to me is going to be coming back next week, including a friend who is currently out in Germany and is taking all the rest of his holiday days for this.

However, I am excited for this weekend: its my dad's birthday on Friday so we're probably going to go out for dinner and I'll get to see that side of the family. then I'm taking my gf to see the Cirque du Soliel on Saturday and finally were going to Field Day Festival in Victoria Park on Sunday :D

I fucked up my sleep schedule pretty bad because of work to the point that I can't bring myself to sleep before 1-2 in the morning. Can't take time off of work to fix it either, don't know what to do.

Sneezing canes my back

Lately I've been waking up in the middle of night for no reason and it really messes up my already poor sleeping schedule. Ideally I should be up by 6.30am but when it's bed at 1.30am then abrupt sleep interruption at 3 or 4am I get no quality sleep at all and I'll be lucky if I'm up and about by 7.30am. I feel sluggish in the mornings even more so and managed to miss my stop for the first time ever because I fell asleep on the train.
