On Saturday I went to some art installations and exhibitions in Rotterdam. One was a tiny little pop-up "hipster bar" where the locked door of the installation could only be unlocked by having your photo taken (by pushing a button on the door) and letting an algorithm analyse your face to determine whether you were hipster enough. Apparently based on thousands of instagram results for the word hipster.

I got 98.2% and enjoyed a fine Fritz-Kola with the bar-man while we watched others get turned away.

Don't know what to make of this.

I work at Goodwill (thrift/charity shop) and this lady came through and bought like 300$ worth of furniture, i asked her what it was for and she told me that she owns a 1970 bus and she just drives around and sets up a pop up clothing shop selling clothes that she makes. it was really cool and im kicking myself for not asking if she had a business card or if she ever needed an intern or something.
