Currently doing keto (basically restricting myself to about 25 carbs a day) so pretty much looking at sugarfree stuff, except most of 'them (isomalt and friends) tend to have a laxative effect (see: Haribo sugarfree gummybears). So I guess no sweets for me :( (unless you can find Splenda/erythritol/stevia candies :D :D)

Also, is there a "start date" to shipping, or pretty much whenever?

edit: kindasortamaybe. Part of it is "self control" (e.g. not eating the whole bag) but I basically stay away from foods where the netcarb (carbs - fiber - sugar alcohols) is greater than 8/serving. I think I saw some roasted chickpeas that are in that category, but it was a very cursory search. I will, of course, not begrudge someone giving me food I can't eat much of, I'll just have very small portions :D

I don't really agree. I think it's more fun to go through your person's posting history and to figure out what they like this way

Perhaps even better is not knowing what they like, and taking a chance by sharing something you enjoy.

Just FYI:

its strongly encouraged to include some form of letter saying who you are (ct username) and explaining/listing the items in the package

also when you send me a message saying you've shipped pls just include the tracking # and shipping service in that one, will save me a lot of time asking you guys for them.
