i quit my job a few months ago to move across the country and enter a software dev bootcamp. it's wrapping up now, and we showed our final projects recently (i built a soundcloud clone). that night a bunch of us went out celebrating/drinking and many of my peers told me i had the best project in the class! we're all beginning our new job hunts now and although i'm a bit nervous, i have a newfound sense of pride in my work and i hope i can ride that feeling into a successful career.

I injured my foot two years ago and ended up with a $2000 bill. Paid bill, life went on. A week ago I got a check for $665 dollars from the hospital saying they overcharged me by that much in 2012. :D

When I was like 10 I won a giant Snoopie doll at Macy's for submitting a drawing or something. It was huge, Bigger than me. Me and my 6 siblings proceeded to beat the shit out of it for years and finally I stabbed it until the stuffing came out. My mom kept it for years after that but finally got rid of it when I went to college. I'm realizing my family might seem a bit disturbing to outsiders. We're all good people though.
