Quiche

I got into a fight with my mom about quiche.
I've never seen quiche served warm. quiche always lives out on a counter in a case.
maybe if you make it yourself it's hot. but if you order a piece of quiche at a cafe, is it going to be served warm or cold?

come to my house and you'll be served quiche out of the oven with some green salad
if there are leftovers i like to have it cold
quiche is good at all temperatures

Quiche rules.
For two years I ate quiche and chips every friday lunchtime and it made me the man I am today.

I made quiche today too!
crust is some gluten free concoction of almond flour, butter, and coconut. insides are eggs, spinach, kale, onions
featuring prosciutto that i meant to put inside but forgot
