My teacher wears leggings during the class and at the end of the class she puts on her flowy trousers over them.

When we attempt a difficult pose, she tells us to "REMEMBER TO SMILE!"

My fav part of yoga class is at the end where you lie on the mat and the instructor tells you to think about how your life has gone wrong.

One time I subscribed to a 30-day email yoga challenge and then deleted one email a day. I'm still kind of ashamed about it

Good stuff my teacher has said:
Let's hug a tree today.
Feel the earth. Feel the gravity.
Do not be afraid to yawn.
Feel the air around you. We're all breathing the same air.
(Someone cracked their joints) Ooooh yeah that's good.
Are you smiling?
