looking at yourself, really looking at yourself, in the mirror. tracing the contours of your face, the jawline you hate, the nose you hate. leaning your head to catch the light and watching faint, delicate shadows pass over your face. seeing your eyes tilt when you smile.
i think it's really important to be happy living in your body, and getting to know what the people who love you see when they look at you

being conscious of sensory input -- there are beautiful colors and scents and sounds and textures to be experienced by paying attention to the world around
walking like every step is a kiss with the ground
learning to pick oneself up after a fall and continue on strong, both mentally and physically
leaving the computer and smartphone behind for a couple days at a time
removing negative thinking (eg dismissing ideas as stupid without trying at least once, the use of the world "should/shouldn't" vs. the world "could/couldn't" in creating expectations)

bouncing off a few ideas already posted.
practicing daily mindfulness. be conscious of what you're doing and with reason. try to prevent yourself from simply moving through the motions of life without thought.
