- where to's schiaparelli?
- i want to make a thread where we dump interesting articles/essays/writings on any subject, so i can read them when i'm bored, need a name tho pls
- women's fashion weeks start next month, do we (a) talk about it in the womenswear thread, (b) create a dedicated thread for each collection we want to discuss, (c) create a dedicated "SS14" thread, (d) not discuss them at all or (e) do something else entirely?

1) "where to" lol
schia is on a break from the internet i think.
3) (b) create a dedicated thread for each collection we want to discuss sounds the best to me. but that'd make a lot of threads. how do they do it in other forums?

sufu and sz have a thread for each collection, but they also have a separate forum in which to keep them; sf does seasonal threads though they don't really discuss womenswear

i agree that individual threads with standardised titles (for easy searching) is probably the best way of doing things, unless there's also a relevant longterm thread

i'm not opposed to creating a tags subforum for individual fashion weeks
we could eventually collate these subforums into another subforum as a way to archive them. allows everything the attention it needs while keeping the main forums uncluttered. Rep this post if u agree --->

My Facebook account is a rotting husk, purging people from it seems like more of a chore than cathartic

these muscle relaxants make me not want to do anything. also make me super antisocial. I'm very moody and restless
the new splinter cell is also a letdown

I'm desperately bored at a rainy bbq thrown by our downstairs neighbours. Everybody there is ten years old than me and has multiple children running around. No one is speaking English and there seems to be a lot of discussion of children's bowel movements. Hiding up in my apartment right now for a breather.

kind of? taco bell has opened like 5-6 locations in seoul in the past two years, which is an improvement over most of the local places (including one chain that is just terrible). there are a few really bad joints in seoul, and when i lived kind of out in the countryside there was one place that put imitation kraft singles in the burritos, but things have been getting better. there are two decent (if overpriced) places near my house, and another place run by a mexican chef (like the dude was a chef in mexico before moving to korea). that place is really great but its just like one guy cooking in a place that only 2-3 people can comfortably sit in and he closes at random times. on the other hand he makes fun of my friend all the time, so it's fun to go there. there's also a korean-mexican place that is run by some korean-americans and is starting to really take off.
i think it's becoming kind of a trendy thing (gourmet burgers are too), especially among the more upscale or worldly people in seoul (taco bell's expansion is the biggest evidence of this i think), but once you leave the seoul area, the pickings are pretty slim.

There's this place in SF that makes korean mexican fusion food, and I can't describe how good it is. Can you get a kimchi burrito over there?

I've managed to avoid it pretty well. I know who joan didion is, (She's some sort of Disney Channel actress/pop star?) but I don't know what twerking is or what happened at the VMAs.
It's easy to avoid that kind of thing when you live in England though.

They don't have twerking in England? You brits are missing out.
