Francesca has passed me the notes from last weeks meeting and we've been asked to start up the customer reactivation program to drive more sales. It's not all about new customers! there is money to be made in the ones we already have,

If you could all contact someone by the end of the week and ask where they are and why they dropped off that would be great. maybe spark some new sales?
