I like marlboro blacks, though the 100s are a bit much. I haven't smoked in about a month, but i need to get someone to buy me a pack because i miss it. I have had some hand rolled cigs too and they were pretty good. Idk where i'd even start with those though

Smoking is cool if you're younger than 16 or older than 61. Otherwise sort your life out.

how do people quit smoking? i hear cold turkey the only way but cravings get so strong where I cannot think about anything else. terrible habit + i have asthma and waking up and not being able to breathe is not fun. im trying the nicotine gum but it is like, kinda gross and doesn't quite fill the craving like a smoke does. ik people on this forum have quit how did you do it
e: been smoking regularly for a year. bout 6-8 cigs a day on weekdays and a whole pack on saturdays usually

I was never that heavy of a smoker (2-3/day) but I did it cold turkey. That's more something for me though because I find it easier to quit things cold turkey rather than slowly minimize use. I still get cravings here and there but I'll try to substitute it with drinking a bunch of water or eating a small snack. Regular exercise has been helping too. Have you tried patches or e-cigs?

Anybody else use the JUUL?
Love it. No plans to quit but I've limited my consumption to hitting it a few times a day.
