No pics, but i tried a chinese hot pot the other day. Had somehow never even heard of them before a week or two ago when a friend from china told me about them. Had lamb, beef, squid, fish, fish balls (not really sure what these are but they were good?), mushrooms, noodles and loads more things basically. Crazy how quickly everything cooks in the boiling water. Really like the spicy soup.
Very delicious (especially loved how the meat essentially melted in your mouth once cooked) and will definitely be going again soon!

What are some good slow cook recipies? I really only use ours for chili which, while fantastic, still could use some variety.

I have determined that this is by far the easiest meal of my weekly rotation. Chorizo, couscous and brussel sprouts. Roasted brussel sprouts are simply divine
