Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a neologism for a perceptual phenomenon characterized as a distinct, pleasurable tingling sensation in the head, scalp, back, or peripheral regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli. The nature and classification of the ASMR phenomenon is controversial,[1] though there is a considerable cult following and strong anecdotal evidence to support the phenomenon despite the lack of verifiable data.

This shit is straight up orgasmic after work. Can't fall asleep without it anymore.

I personally don't visually trigger, only audible. Getting a nice headset was a great decision. Foreign accents do me good, for whatever reason I don't really care if it's female/male as long as their voice is nice. I see a lot of people who think guys doing ASMR is creepy as shit but I think that's just their personal bias bleeding through. Oddly enough chewing sounds bug me like no other in real life but at night after a long day at work those kinds of videos usually help a ton, lots of lip smacking.
