Oh my god do not do that. It's not flax seed. That stuff is not made to be enjoyed.

At best it's kind of okay in apple-y juices. I mix it with water and chug. It's SERIOUSLY revolting but honestly I feel so sharp and clear not long after. It's really good for you and works for me like coffee without the headache.

bobbin is 100% right do not put spirulina in anything you'll be able to taste it with. I usually throw it in my smoothies as part of the powder/seeds/etc that goes in besides fruit that way it's kinda disguised.
