Questions for more seasoned NM followers - in light of this being his fifth (?) season doing a full collection -

Has there been much progression or are we looking at more of the same?

Where do you see him taking his tropes in 1, 5, 10 years time?

The conceptual palette is relatively small, so can NM as a brand survive past sneering, provocative adolescence once established?

Nah thanks that's good stuff. Even just the pointer of having the theme is a help when interpreting this stuff, its definitely noticeable.

I can certainly understand why he bridles at the 'just sportswear' thing or however you might describe it, and I suppose that reaction in itself is a signifier that NM himself doesn't perceive the possible range of the label to be as small a superficial viewer might (ie me).

Basically what I think I'm getting at is that it will be interesting to see if part of the evolution of the label is dropping the branding - whether he likes it or not, having that taping on everything is well Kappa

Not every piece is "sportswear" in the most literal sense that but this is way more "sporty" than 95% of the shit that gets called that (KVA, a Wang, ervell stuff, etc) and I can't imagine he's making clothes that look like this and vehemently denying it.

Whole thing is styled with trainers, he has those tops that look like sportsbras, baggy shorts with panelling in that shiny fabric that my elementary school gym shorts were made of, the shirts that look like they're wearing a practice jersey over top:
